USAG Junior Olympic Team Gymnastics
Girls must be recommended for competitive gymnastics. The hours are long and the work is hard! But for some girls, it is just what they want! We start developmental classes at age 5 – 7. Upon mastery of USAG required skills, the gymnast will move to level 2 where they will get ready to compete. Additional information on USAG program by contacting coach Katie below.

Practice days and times
LEVEL 2 (6hrs) Tuesday and Thursday 3:30-6:30
LEVEL 3 (9hrs) Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 3:30-6:30
LEVEL 4 (12hrs) Monday- Thursday 4:30-7:30
LEVEL 6-7 (15hrs) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 4:30-8:30 and Friday 4:30-7:30
LEVEL 8-10 (18hrs) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 4:30-8:30,
Wednesday 4:30-7:30, and Friday 4:30-7:30
